Registration

The conference registration fee includes luncheons, refreshments, workshops, industrial presentation and one copy of the conference proceedings in electronic format (USB). At least one author must attend the conference to present the paper. (Participants will incur USD 250.00 for additional proceedings. Therefore, if you do not need additional proceedings, please ignore this option during the registration).

Early Registration

Early Registration is available till the 31st of October, 2011.

Late Registration

Late Registration is available from October 31 to December 14, 2011.

Note:

ICITST-2011 Proceedings will be available only in electronic format (USB).

The first author in the paper pays a full registration fee, while the second and subsequent pays a "Co-Author" fee. If the first author is not able to attend the conference, the second author or subsequent author has to pay a full registration fee (not "Co-Author" fee).***

In a paper with more than one author, both authors cannot register as "Co-Authors".

The student rate is only applicable if the first author is a student.

The "One day attendee" does not apply to the 1st Author, neither the Co-Authors. "One day attendee" registration is for attendees who are not submitting papers.***

A Co-Author cannot and should not register as an "Accompanying person (without kit)". An "Accompanying person" does not submit or be part of the Co-Authors of a paper.

A Participant is an attendee that does not submit or present a paper, but attends sessions and workshops.***

Additional proceedings costs $250.00.

Methods of payment

All major credit cards will be accepted for conference registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

If the registered participants cancel their registration, they can do so by selecting the option cancellation in the registration system.

Note:

1. Any cancellation after your registration will incurr USD 150.00 administrative charges.
2. No registration fee will be refunded after the reviewers' feedback has been sent to authors and/or co-authors.
3. No cancellation will be allowed after the 30th of September, 2011.
